The staff were nice and cute My room was much more modern and cozy than I expected, with a comfy bed and good facilities. It's a short walk to Berri-UQAM Metro, and air conditioning was great during the hot week!

absolutely terrible. the entrance smells like fish, and the dirty carpet is an eyesore—didn't they notice? i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that’s a lot to ask. i almost wrote a good review, but the hot water issue in the shower was the final straw. what a joke!

Floors could use a better cleaning, a noisy street makes the nights uncomfortable!!! The dated check-in area really dampens the initial excitement of arriving!!! It'd be nice to see some effort in updating the overall aesthetic!!!

The staff were very helpful, they changed our towels daily and even provided free amenities at the front counter. Plus, the location was a quick walk to the subway and near some decent restaurants and bars.

Had a great stay with clean, comfortable accommodations and nice water pressure in the showers. Although the bed was a bit noisy, it made for a budget-friendly experience. I would return!

The room was clean and had fresh towels daily, but the pillow situation could use an upgrade, as there was only one per bed. Also, I noticed some signs of wear, like the stained curtains and the fridge seal. Overall, it's a decent place, but they should really work on the little things for a better experience.
