The staff were nice and cute My room was much more modern and cozy than I expected, with a comfy bed and good facilities. It's a short walk to Berri-UQAM Metro, and air conditioning was great during the hot week!

No elevator for luggage.

absolutely terrible. the entrance smells like fish, and the dirty carpet is an eyesore—didn't they notice? i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that’s a lot to ask. i almost wrote a good review, but the hot water issue in the shower was the final straw. what a joke!

modern rooms, great location, functional bathrooms
Floors could use a better cleaning, a noisy street makes the nights uncomfortable!!! The dated check-in area really dampens the initial excitement of arriving!!! It'd be nice to see some effort in updating the overall aesthetic!!!

The staff were very helpful, they changed our towels daily and even provided free amenities at the front counter. Plus, the location was a quick walk to the subway and near some decent restaurants and bars.

Wi-Fi was reliable, but no pets allowed is a downside. Air conditioning helped.

The location is excellent, just a block from the Metro and bus terminal, making transportation a breeze. A surprising highlight was the cleanliness of the room, which exceeded initial expectations. However, there were no elevators, which made moving luggage somewhat challenging, and the hallways showed signs of needing a thorough cleaning. Despite these drawbacks, the staff's friendliness shone through, enhancing the overall experience during my six-night stay.

The location of Victor is excellent, just walking distance to BERRI-UQAM station and the 747 bus for the airport. The room was generally clean and had fresh towels supplied daily. The staff were helpful, assisting with luggage and providing useful tips about nearby restaurants and attractions.
Walls are thin, making it easy to hear neighbors.

Great central location but needs improvements
The room was clean and had fresh towels daily, but the pillow situation could use an upgrade, as there was only one per bed. Also, I noticed some signs of wear, like the stained curtains and the fridge seal. Overall, it's a decent place, but they should really work on the little things for a better experience.
